We are looking for a Product Marketing & Growth Executive to support our product marketing and lead-generation activities. The role involves managing digital marketing activities, creating product content, reaching out to prospects, and driving demo bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute product marketing activities to improve product awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Create, update, and manage product webpages, landing pages, and marketing content.

Plan and maintain social media content calendars and ensure timely scheduling and publishing.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop product-focused creatives and marketing materials.
- Identify potential customers and conduct regular outreach and prospecting through relevant channels.
- Reach out to prospects, understand their requirements, and generate interest in the product.
- Schedule and manage product demos with interested prospects.
- Handle regular follow-ups with leads and prospects and maintain lead status.




- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
- Support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Track leads, outreach activities, demo bookings, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor campaign and social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain proper records of marketing activities and provide regular updates on progress.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for product promotion.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Experience with social media, website content, CRM, or marketing tools is an added advantage.
