- Championing adoption and proliferation of digital technologies through core competence / partner alliances /platforms and solutions
- Responsible for Business and P&L; objectives for Non-Individual and Self-Employed Segment (CA).
- Responsible for overall CA product strategy including quality acquisition, deepening of book, recent product launch, portfolio management and profitability.
- Improve the Customer life cycle framework, portfolio quality & attrition control, campaigns.
- Responsible for segmental Marketing initiatives – strategy and execution. Driving skill development & Knowledge enhancement initiatives.
- Coworking with key stakeholders (CMS, Trade-Forex, TBG, Customer Rewards, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Audit, Program & Channel Teams, etc.).
