Product Manager – Telecom, Multi-Cloud & Network Products

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong combination of Telecom, Multi-Cloud, Network, OSS, and Observability domain knowledge and hands-on product management experience.

The role involves end-to-end product ownership, covering product strategy, roadmap, customer engagement, business case development, pricing, portfolio management, Go-to-Market, and product lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate should be able to bridge technology, customer requirements, and commercial business objectives, working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with customer and business objectives.
- Own and manage product roadmaps, priorities, features, and releases.
- Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and technology evolution.
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.

Multi-Cloud Product Management

- Define and manage products and capabilities across Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Develop a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Work on product capabilities covering cloud management, cloud operations, observability, automation, orchestration, governance, and optimization.
- Work with engineering and architecture teams to translate cloud technologies into customer-focused products and solutions.
- Understand cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, APIs, and microservices.
- Define product value propositions and differentiation for customers operating across multiple cloud environments.

Telecom, OSS & Network

- Apply strong understanding of Telecom networks, OSS/BSS, network operations, network management, and service assurance.
- Work on products related to network and service observability, automation, orchestration, and operational efficiency.
- Understand the relationship between Telecom networks, cloud infrastructure, and observability platforms.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics,



and AIOps to improve network and service operations.

Customer & Voice of Customer

- Act as the Voice of the Customer and incorporate customer needs into product strategy and roadmap.
- Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Conduct customer discovery, workshops, feedback sessions, and product validation.
- Analyze customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Understand market trends, customer segments, competitive offerings, and industry developments.

Business Case, Pricing & Commercial Management

- Develop business cases for recent products, enhancements, and investments.
- Contribute to and/or own product pricing and commercial models.
- Understand product economics including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
- Support development of subscription, SaaS, managed service, consumption-based, and other commercial models.
- Evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, market potential, revenue opportunity, and business objectives.
- Track product performance against agreed commercial and business KPIs.

Product Portfolio Management

- Support management of a portfolio of products across Telecom, Multi-Cloud, OSS, Network, and Observability.
- Define product priorities and investment requirements.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement, cross-sell, upsell, bundling, and portfolio expansion.
- Support product lifecycle and portfolio rationalization activities.

Go-to-Market

- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
- Define product positioning, value proposition, target customers, and competitive differentiation.
- Support customer presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales pursuits.
- Develop product collateral and sales enablement material.
- Work with Marketing on product launches, campaigns, and market messaging.

Product Delivery & Execution

- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Operations, and Delivery teams.
- Translate product strategy into executable requirements and development priorities.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Prioritize features based on customer value,



business impact, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.
- Ensure products meet customer, quality, commercial, and business objectives.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 6+ years of overall experience, with meaningful experience in Product Management.
- Experience owning products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
- Experience in Multi-Cloud / Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Understanding of at least two major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Telecom, OSS, network operations, network management, service assurance, or observability.
- Experience with product strategy and roadmap management.
- Experience developing business cases and/or pricing models.
- Understanding of product financials, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
- Strong customer-facing experience and demonstrated Voice of Customer orientation.
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing on Go-to-Market and product positioning.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Operations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
