Purpose of the position

- Responsible for the adherence, approval and release of Budgets for Ao-SUV car project in agreement with HOD
- Responsible for steering change management Process
- Responsible for reviews of change requirement with leaders
- Responsible for planning of project in product teams with leaders from all departments
- Responsible to settle the target conflicts by inclusion of all the concerned area in product team
- Responsible for quality management system and processes for department
- Responsible for conducting PEP process at SAVWIPL and trainings for PEP

Role & responsibilities

- Steering of change management process and conducting Aeko rounds
- Agreements with the finance on the target in AVON and preparing documents for approval
- Coordination with functions in head quarter for all changes
- Ensure fulfilment of requirement for AVON changes with the production and R& D
- documentation for production team, Aeko rounds and product appprval Germimum
- Defining and assigning the tasks and activities to product team members based on the project needs
- Analyzing/ benchmarking the competitor products and providing the requirements to Product team for recent project
- Collating the requirements for changes for all the departments
- Participation in the project reviews meetings and support launch team from milestone till SOP
- Participations in MBT/MBV meetings and support logistics
