We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – OpenShift to own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for an enterprise OpenShift platform.
This is a highly technical Product Management role where you will work closely with Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security, and XaaS Product teams to drive platform adoption, reliability, capacity, security, and sustainability.
? What You’ll Do
- Own the OpenShift platform product strategy, roadmap and backlog
- Define and track platform KPIs, SLIs and SLOs
- Manage platform demand, prioritisation, capacity and technical debt
- Drive adoption of new platform capabilities
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear product priorities
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security and Product teams
- Balance feature demands with platform reliability, security and sustainability
? What We’re Looking For
- 9+ years of overall experience
• Strong Product Management experience in an internal platform / infrastructure product
• Strong understanding of the OpenShift ecosystem and modern platform engineering
- Proven experience working in highly technical, engineering-led environments
- Robust knowledge of container platforms, cloud-native technologies and developer platforms
- Experience with on-premise cloud environments
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
⭐ OpenShift / Red Hat certifications will be an added advantage.
⚠️ Important: This requirement is specifically for OpenShift (Red Hat) . Experience with OpenStack alone does not meet the requirement.
