About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to own one or more of four net-new product lines for our client, end to end. You'll work directly with the client's founder and our engineering lead to turn a fast-moving, still-being-defined roadmap into shippable specs — then own the 0-to-1 launch and the 1-to-10 growth that follows. This is a high-ownership role on a small team; you'll be in the room for prioritization calls, not just executing a backlog someone else wrote.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner directly with the client founder/leadership and our engineering lead to translate a fast-evolving vision into explicit PRDs, user stories, and phased launch plans.
- Own the 0-to-1 build for at least one product line: define scope, prioritize the backlog, and ship an MVP within a tight, phase-gated timeline.
- Own the 1-to-10 journey post-launch: define adoption/retention metrics, run experiments, and drive iteration based on real usage data.




- Run day-to-day standups, sprint planning, and prioritization calls with engineering, QA, and design.
- Act as the connective tissue between our pod and client stakeholders — running working sessions, presenting trade-offs, and holding a position under pressure.
- Coordinate dependencies with the parallel client team (e.g., the pricing-index API this pod consumes).

Required Skills & Experience

- 0–4 years of product management experience, including some exposure to building a product from zero and then scaling it.
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable writing clear specs and presenting directly to founders/executives.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information; bias toward decisive action.
- Basic technical fluency — can read an API spec and have an informed conversation with engineers without writing code.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable defining metrics and making prioritization calls from data.
- Able to work directly with US-based stakeholders in a remote, cross-functional setup.

Nice to Have

- Prior founder or founding-team experience (strongly preferred) — comfortable owning outcomes without a safety net.
- Experience in marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer apps.
- Familiarity with Linear or similar for roadmap/sprint management.
- Enough exposure to AI-native engineering (Claude Code, Cursor) to understand how it changes what a small team can ship.
