About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to join MomentText full-time and be the voice of the client inside our team. On every project, you'll own the client's requirements end to end: understanding their business and users, turning what they ask for into clear, prioritised work our designers and engineers can build, and making sure what we ship solves the problem the client actually has. You'll usually run two or three client projects at a time, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.

Some are recent builds; others mean stepping into an existing product and bringing order to its roadmap. As you grow, you'll also help shape how MomentText runs discovery, writes specs and manages client relationships.

What You'll Do

- Lead discovery with clients:



run workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand their business goals, users, constraints and what success looks like.
- Translate client needs into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and user flows) that designers and engineers can estimate and build without guesswork.
- Own the product backlog for each project: prioritise ruthlessly, keep scope tied to outcomes, and make trade-off calls on the client's behalf.
- Act as the single point of contact between the client and our internal team, so engineers get consistent answers and clients hear one clear voice from us.
- Work with engineering leads to break work into milestones, estimate effort and plan sprints; run sprint planning, reviews and demos with the client.
- Manage scope and change requests: assess the impact on timeline and cost, document decisions, and get everyone aligned before the work changes.
- Collaborate with designers on wireframes and prototypes, and validate them with clients (and real users where possible) before build.
- Test delivered features against requirements (UAT) and make sure what reaches the client is ready.
- Flag risks, dependencies and blockers early, and communicate status, progress and trade-offs to clients in plain language.
- After launch, track adoption and feedback,



and turn what you learn into the next iteration of the roadmap.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst, including at least 2 years working directly with external clients on web or mobile software products.
- A track record of taking products from requirements to release, with specs or user stories you've written that you can walk us through.
- Strong requirements-gathering skills: you ask the right questions, spot gaps and contradictions, and push back when a request won't serve the client's goal.
- Enough technical understanding to have credible conversations with engineers about APIs, data, integrations, platforms and feasibility. You don't need to code.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira or Linear, Confluence or Notion, and Figma.
- Comfort managing several projects and stakeholders at once while keeping priorities straight.
- Excellent written and spoken English; you'll work remotely with teammates and clients across time zones, and your documents are what the team builds from.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

- Experience in a services, agency or consulting setting.
- A background in software development, QA or UX design before moving into product.
- Experience with mobile apps (iOS and Android), including store releases and app analytics.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and running A/B tests.
- Exposure to AI-powered products or integrating LLM features.
- Domain knowledge in fintech, healthtech, e-commerce or SaaS.
