The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for interacting with clients and work with development team and marketing team to create AI phone apps and its features, for a vertical built using our AI phone app studio platform. Successful candidates will own the entire AI phone app's product lifecycle from ideation, feature creation using AI app studio, client communication to strategy to delivery to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover current opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Client communication via online video calls, phone, email and live chat
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements and add AI workflows to solve those problems.




- Work with development team to build apps and features required by customers.
- Partner communication to build relationships with partners.
- End to end owner of the app's , with focus on customer point of view.
- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
- Recommend and evaluate app features to market fit.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- View application from a customer point of view.
- Understand customer requirements and the market requirements.
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management or Business development
