- Research and track jewelry trends across target markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE) to inform new collection development

- Brief the CAD studio on new designs and review CAD outputs for manufacturability, design accuracy, and costing

- Develop seasonal/collection-wise product ranges in coordination with merchandising and sales teams

- Analyze costing implications of new designs (diamond weight, metal weight, setting complexity) and prepare/negotiate costing sheets and quotations for domestic and export clients

- Coordinate between clients, design/CAD studio, production floor, and quality control to convert orders — recent and repeat — into finished goods on schedule

- Manage sample development timelines, coordinate client approvals, and refine designs based on client/market feedback

- Track order status across production stages (CAD, casting, setting, polishing)



and proactively flag delays

- Maintain a product development calendar alongside accurate order books, delivery schedules, and client-wise production trackers

- Liaise with the EXIM/logistics team on export documentation and shipment timelines

- Monitor raw material and diamond allocation against order and design requirements

- Build and maintain a library of design references, market benchmarks, and competitor collections

- Build strong client relationships through regular status updates and issue resolution; support D2C brands with product ideas suited to the US market where relevant
