Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product/Packaging Designer role based in Gurugram. The designer will develop packaging concepts and product forms that embody Khet’s brand story, translating creative direction into functional, manufacturable designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual mockups, refining dielines, selecting materials and finishes, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.

The role also involves working closely with branding, marketing, and product teams to maintain visual consistency across packaging, labels, and collateral. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions,



support photo shoots and retail display design, and ensure all packaging adheres to usability, sustainability, and cost considerations.

Qualifications

- Ability to design innovative packaging solutions, including Packaging Design and Product Design for consumer goods.
- Strong visual identity skills, including Branding and Graphic Design, aligned with a contemporary, culturally rooted aesthetic.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, with sensitivity to hierarchy, readability, and multilingual contexts.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D/visualization tools).
- Understanding of printing processes, materials, finishes, and basic production constraints for packaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and product design work, ideally in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle categories.
- Attention to detail, cooperative working style, and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
