Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, product delivery, business analysis, testing coordination, or technology implementation support.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow-up activities simultaneously.
- Experience tracking timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, or business process validation activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise technology projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or structured project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with access control, physical security, identity management, or related technology platforms.
- Experience using project tracking, backlog management, or defect tracking tools.
- Ability to produce concise executive and stakeholder communications.
