Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Business Development Manager WFH role. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing product-specific business plans, and driving sales growth for TIPL’s instrumentation and process optimization solutions.

The Product Business Development

Manager will conduct market analysis, understand customer needs,



and translate insights into product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, coordinating with product, sales, and technical teams, preparing proposals, delivering product presentations, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, gathering feedback from clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Market Analysis and Business Planning skills to assess opportunities and build effective growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Sales skills to develop relationships, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Product Management skills to guide product positioning, lifecycle management, and alignment with customer requirements.

- Candidate should have exposure of Steel Plants, Cement Plants and Power Plants.
- Candidates must have deep technical knowledge of Field Instruments like Flow, Level, Pressure, Etc.
