Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Producer – Branding & Promotions to plan, coordinate, and execute branding and promotional content across digital, social media, television, events, and other communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and produce branding and promotional campaigns from concept to final execution.
- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, scripts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with creative, design, video, digital, media, and production teams.
- Manage end-to-end production of promotional videos, advertisements, promos, reels, teasers, and campaign content.
- Coordinate shoots, locations, artists, crew, equipment, schedules, and production requirements.
- Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the organization's brand identity, messaging, and objectives.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, photographers, and external agencies/vendors.
- Prepare production schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor production quality and ensure projects are delivered within timelines.
- Support branding and promotional activities for events, campaigns, programs, and special initiatives.
- Coordinate content adaptation for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, television, websites, and other digital platforms.




- Track campaign deliverables and maintain proper production documentation.
- Stay updated on current content, branding, video, and digital promotion trends.

Required Skills
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of branding, advertising, promotions, and content production.
- Experience in video production and campaign execution.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and production crews.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in media production, branding, advertising, promotions, or creative production.

Preferred
- Experience handling large-scale campaigns and events.
- Experience in a media, television, digital content, advertising, or creative agency environment.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of branding/promotional campaigns and video productions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
