- Hands-on experience in Capital Expenditure (Capex) Procurement.
- Solid understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
- Experience in preparing and managing RFQ and RFP processes.
- Handling Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendors/suppliers.
- Ability to understand, review, and coordinate Technical Specifications for procurement requirements.
- Vendor identification, evaluation, commercial negotiation, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, project, and business teams throughout the procurement cycle.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery as per project requirements.
- Maintain procurement-related documentation, quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, and other records.
- Experience in Government Tenders / Government Projects / PSU procurement will be an added advantage.
