Role Description This is a full time, on-site Procurement role focused on packaging materials, based at Sri Sri Tattva’s facilities in Bengaluru. The role involves sourcing and procuring primary and secondary packaging materials, evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials aligned with production plans. The individual will collaborate closely with packaging design, R&D;, manufacturing, and quality teams to maintain packaging standards, optimize costs, and support new product introductions.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries,



maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal quality, safety, and sustainability requirements. The role also includes market research on packaging trends, identifying alternative materials or suppliers, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the packaging value chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills related to Packing and practical handling of packaging materials.
- Procure packaging materials such as bottles, jars, caps, pumps, cartons, labels, shippers, and other packaging components.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, R&D;, QC, and Stores for material requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Research to analyze market trends, new materials, and supplier capabilities.
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in FMCG, Ayurveda, pharmaceuticals, or consumer wellness products.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) by sourcing new packaging materials, coordinating sample development, arranging prototypes, and ensuring timely availability of packaging for product launches.
- Knowledge of packaging regulations, sustainability practices, and material specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Excel
