Manage contracts for all categories (IT and non-IT) globally – key countries are UAE, India, Pakistan and the smaller IBG countries (where needed)
Key Result Areas
This involves various activities as below:
- Assist in ensuring that CPD is able to fully utilize the “Contract Lifecycle Management” (CLM)
- Ensure contracts assigned (renewal or current) are fully completed, on time
- Ensure regular and open communication with both internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Through personal efforts, upgrade oneself on the latest best practices
- Providing monthly inputs for compilation of departmental MIS
- Living the values of the bank, strictly adhering to Mashreq code of conduct
- Strong contribution in implementation of Oracle Fusion (Phase 2) by early 2027
