Position Summary The Procurement & Supplier Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle for projects, ensuring materials, components, and fabricated items are sourced, ordered, shipped, and delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

This role works closely with suppliers across multiple continents and supports product development, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and project delivery. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing tight lead times and multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

This is a role based in Noida, India, supporting Australian operations.

• 6:00 am – 2:30 pm IST

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

- Manage procurement activities for FAB projects and standard product lines.
- Coordinate with suppliers across multiple continents.
- Obtain pricing, lead times, technical information, and supplier quotations.
- Raise and manage purchase orders through the company ERP system.




- Track orders from placement through production, shipping, customs, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing schedules, and procurement documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate international and domestic shipping activities.
- Manage supplier and freight company relationships professionally and respectfully.
- Obtain and compare freight quotes, balancing cost vs lead-time to ensure the best outcome.
- Coordinate QC checks before shipping to ensure product and packaging is correct.
- Book and monitor freight bookings, dispatch dates, and delivery schedules.
- Manage shipping documentation, packing lists, commercial invoices and COOs.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or supply risks.
- Coordinate with warehouse in Melbourne to ensure incoming goods are checked and correct.
