Maintaining FG/Warehouse inventory norms

Inventory management and control of aging inventory

Knowledge of Job work or material & finance reconciliation.

Supplier issues closure

Process knowledge of Sheet Metal/Casting & machining/Forging technology.

Familiar with GST/Financial terminology required for supply chain.

Material accounting concept/Good communication skill/SAP & Excel knowledge/ Good team member and collaborative.

Role :



Buyer Aftermarket parts procurement

Role & responsibilities

Procurement of parts from domestic suppliers

Planning & Scheduling

Supplier follow-ups and expediting supplies

Driving vector flow, month indent, shortage & VOR parts execution

Coordination with Supplier and Logistics team for collection of parts from Local Warehouses & local supplier

Ensuring availability of parts at VEPDC & RDC at desired inventory norms

Material & account reconciliations of suppliers

Driving improvements towards success through needful escalation.

Weekly/monthly MIS preparation

Supplier performance review

Competencies/ Capabilities Required

Verbal & written communication skills

Negotiations skills for expediting supplies from supplier

Pro-efficiency in SAP, Advanced MS Excel/Word/ PowerPoint

Willingness to travel to suppliers as per requirement.

High Energy Level/ Excellent Customer responsiveness

Diploma- Automobile/Mechanical
