We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement activities for our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for production.

The role requires strong coordination with Production, Stores, Logistics, Accounts, and Vendors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

- Source materials based on production and inventory requirements.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations, prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely material delivery.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for incoming materials.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
