Purchase Executive | Electrical Procurement

We are looking for a Purchase Executive Electrical Procurement with 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Purchase/Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle MRFs/Purchase Requisitions for Electrical/MEP materials.
- Float enquiries, evaluate quotations & prepare Comparative Statements.
- Vendor development, price negotiation & finalization.
- Process POs and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with Vendors, Stores, Sites & internal departments.
- Track pending orders, MIS, and procurement documentation.
- Identify opportunities for Rate/Annual Contracts.

Required Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering Product Knowledge: LT/HT Cables, MCCB, MCB, ACB, RCCB, Switchgear, Motors, VFDs, Panels, Transformers, DG Electrical Items, Lighting, Earthing, Cable Trays, Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Automation Components, Pumps, etc.

Preferred Industry: Projects, Construction, Mining, Mineral Processing, Crushing, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.
