- Execute Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) related activities using the SAP MM module for electronic components and electrical materials.
- Generate and track purchase orders from placement through delivery and closure, maintaining accurate procurement records within SAP.
- Follow up with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules to support production timelines.
- Escalate delays, discrepancies, or critical shortages to the Manager Electronics Procurement for timely resolution.

Coordination &
- Quality Escalation Handling
- Coordinate with suppliers on day-to-day order queries, quotation follow-ups, and delivery status updates.
- Follow up on closure of quality escalations identified during Incoming Quality Check (IQC) and In-Process inspection.
- Apply working knowledge of IQC/In-Process quality parameters to support timely and accurate escalation handling.
- Maintain records of supplier communication and escalation status for review by the Manager.

Internal Stakeholder
Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow and issue resolution.
- Support the Manager in production planning meetings and material availability discussions as required.
- Flag material shortages or supply constraints identified during daily order tracking.

Procurement
Data &
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering procurement performance, pending POs, and supplier metrics.
- Maintain and analyze procurement data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, tracking sheets) to support accurate reporting.
- Assist in preparing comparative statements and basic commercial data as directed by the Manager.

- Documentation Support
- Maintain accurate Purchase Order (PO) and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) documentation in line with procurement policy and audit requirements.
- Support internal and supplier audits by providing accurate transactional records and traceability of procurement activities.
- Ensure procurement transactions comply with organizational policies and statutory requirements at the transactional level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 14 years of relevant experience in procurement or electronics component sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP MM module (PR/PO cycle) and strong Excel skills (data analysis, MIS reporting).
- Good understanding of electronic component categories and specifications; basic understanding of IQC/In-Process quality parameters preferred.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to handle supplier escalations professionally.
