IT Infrastructure & Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure procurement, vendor quotations, negotiations, and PO processing.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery, installation, maintenance, and project completion.
- Handle IT asset creation, Asset IDs, tracking, documentation, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with ISPs for ILL, Broadband, MPLS, and other connectivity requirements.
- Support branch IT setup, infrastructure rollout, retrofit, and new branch projects.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, network devices, and other IT infrastructure at branch locations.
- Provide on-site/remote support for network, firewall, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors, branch teams,



and internal IT teams for timely project execution.
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain procurement and asset management records.
- Willingness to travel to branch locations as required.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
