One of our reputed clients is looking for a Procurement Executive / Purchase Executive for their Bangalore location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement & Purchase professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotation evaluation, negotiations, and timely material procurement as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand purchase requirements from Projects, Sales, Design, and other departments.
- Source materials and services based on specifications, BOQ, drawings, and project requirements.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality, delivery schedules, and warranty.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) after necessary approvals.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and maintain vendor records.
- Monitor vendor performance, pending deliveries, quality, and OTIF.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, POs, invoices, and related documents.
- Prepare MIS reports related to PO status, pending deliveries, savings,



vendor performance, and material availability.
- Update procurement transactions and records accurately in SAP/ERP.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of procurement and purchase processes.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in quotation analysis and Comparative Statement preparation.
- Good knowledge of SAP/ERP procurement systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in project procurement, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or similar industries will be preferred.
