Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst RCM AR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) within the US Healthcare RCM domain and must have prior experience working as a Quality Analyst, which should be clearly reflected in their employment records/resume.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality audits for RCM AR processes and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
- Review AR transactions, accounts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process gaps, errors, and recurring quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain quality audit reports and performance metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members based on audit findings.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with Operations and Training teams to improve process quality.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines, SOPs, and quality parameters.




- Participate in calibration sessions and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years of Quality Analyst experience in RCM/US Healthcare is mandatory.
- Candidates must have Quality Analyst experience on paper/in their official work experience.
- Prior experience in AR/Accounts Receivable within US Healthcare RCM is required.
- Good understanding of AR processes, denials, follow-ups, and payment-related workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify process deviations and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
