We are hiring a Process Trainer for an Airtel Inbound process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new and existing employees.
- Explain process, product and customer handling procedures.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Conduct refresher training when required.
- Maintain training records and reports.
- Ensure employees follow process and quality guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer.
- BPO/Inbound process experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
