Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver process training programs for insurance agents to improve their skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and productivity.

- Develop customized training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations, to support the learning objectives.

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training program and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality content that meets industry standards.

Job Requirements :

- 2-10 years of experience in process training or a related field (insurance industry preferred).

- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).

- Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs using various delivery methods (classroom-based, online, blended).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
