- Lead the overall Process, Policy, Governance & Control strategy for Liabilities; drive a unified governance framework; represent Liabilities in governance committees, audit and regulatory meetings; drive cross-functional collaboration; lead budgeting, resource planning and capability building; build robust relationships with stakeholders.
- Own and govern customer lifecycle processes (Account Opening, Servicing, Re-KYC/CKYC, BO, Dormancy, Deceased, Closures); ensure adherence to RBI/KYC/AML/FIU-IND; oversee design and approval of policies and process notes; monitor controls and risks; drive digitization & automation; ensure timely closure of regulatory/audit observations; oversee QA, thematic reviews and maturity assessments.
- Enable business growth via scalable, compliant and customer-friendly processes; structure governance dashboards (KRIs/KPIs); drive change management across liability process ecosystem.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams; promote culture of compliance and process discipline; capability building; self-management responsibilities (goal setting and monitoring).
