Role Overview

We are looking for professionals with experience in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, AI-led transformation, and Finance process optimization. The role will involve analyzing finance processes, identifying transformation opportunities, designing As-Is/To-Be processes, and leveraging AI, automation, RPA, Python and SQL to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead/support Finance Transformation and Process Excellence initiatives.
- Analyze and map As-Is / To-Be finance processes and identify process gaps.
- Develop RACI, SOPs, process maps and gap analysis.
- Identify and implement AI, automation and RPA use cases across finance processes.
- Work on AI-led transformation, including RAG and LLM-based use cases.
- Support AI governance and responsible implementation of AI solutions.
- Use Python and SQL for data analysis, process analytics and automation.




- Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and optimization.
- Work with finance stakeholders to define operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Support/lead transformation initiatives across R2R/RTR, P2P/PTP, OTC/O2C, Fixed Assets and Product Costing.
- Work on GCC/GBS operating models and finance transformation programs.

Finance Skills Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:
