We are looking for a detail-oriented, academically aware and highly organised Top University Process Executive to manage the application process for students applying to reputed universities across international destinations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing applications from the post-counselling stage through submission, university communication, offer letter and subsequent admission steps, while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of every application.

Required Skills





- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good understanding of international university admissions
- Ability to work with application portals and online systems
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Excellent follow-up and deadline management
- Ability to handle multiple student applications simultaneously
- Professional email-writing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–4 years in overseas education, university admissions, application processing or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience handling applications for Russell Group, Ivy League, Top 100/Top 200 or other highly ranked universities will be preferred.
- Familiarity with international admission cycles and university application systems will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong academic/documentation backgrounds and excellent English communication skills may also be considered.
