Job Title: Process Coordinator

Location: Gurugram

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month or as per company norms

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Process Coordinator who will be responsible for driving day-to-day processes, coordinating with team members, following up on assigned tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with different departments and track pending activities.
- Monitor processes and systems implemented during workshops.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide updates on task status.
- Identify delays or gaps in processes and escalate them to the Managing Director.
- Maintain basic reports and trackers using Excel.
- Ensure proper implementation and adherence to defined processes.
- Support management in improving coordination and process efficiency.

Required Skills





- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid follow-up and task-tracking ability.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with multiple team members and follow up professionally.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of coordination experience can apply.
- Candidates without prior experience in a specific domain such as manufacturing, trading, etc. are preferred.

Candidate Preference

- Candidate should ideally reside within approximately 45 minutes of the office.
