Are you someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in communication?

We’re looking for a Process Analyst who can take ownership of follow-ups, manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure processes move forward smoothly. ?

? What You’ll Be Doing:• ? Make outbound calls to follow up on medical record requests and facilitate timely release of records.

- ? Use assertive yet professional communication to overcome delays and resolve follow-up challenges.
- ? Accurately document calls, actions, and status updates in the tracking system.
- ? Provide quality customer service with strong knowledge of products and services.
- ? Communicate with existing and prospective customers using computer and telecommunications tools.
- ? Build strong working relationships with Team Leaders and team members.
- ? Access, research,



and analyze information from multiple data sources.

? What We’re Looking For:✅ Strong customer service and communication skills

✅ Effective analytical, problem-solving & decision-making abilities

✅ Positive organizational and follow-up skills

✅ Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and basic internet fundamentals

✅ Knowledge of record management procedures/processes is an advantage

✅ 1+ years of relevant experience in Operations / Service / Customer Support
