We are looking for an experienced Site Head to lead our upcoming large-scale SRA redevelopment project at Oshiwara, Mumbai, comprising approximately 9 lakh sq. ft. of development area, including Rehabilitation Buildings and Sale Component Towers.

The candidate will have overall responsibility for site execution and leadership, ensuring the project is delivered as per approved standards, quality, safety, cost, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, quality control, safety, and timely delivery of the project.
- Manage construction of high-rise residential towers up to approximately 120 metres.
- Prepare, review, and control project budgets, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and cost variations.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, contractors, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site workshops and coordination meetings with all consultants to resolve design, planning, execution, and interface issues, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor construction schedules, budgets, resource planning, productivity, and project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, quality systems, and safety standards.
- Coordinate statutory approvals and ensure compliance with SRA regulations and project commitments.




- Drive timely issue resolution, risk control, contractor performance, and reporting to management.
- Ensure effective execution of both Rehabilitation Buildings and Sale Component Towers.

Mandatory candidate profile:
- Civil Engineering qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Head / Site Head leadership role.
- Proven experience executing high-rise residential towers of approximately 120 metres or above.
- Mandatory experience in Mumbai SRA redevelopment projects.
- Experience handling both rehabilitation buildings and sale component towers.
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, BOQs, project planning, construction methodologies, quality systems, cost control, safety, and statutory compliance.

Experience with reputed Mumbai-based developers and a track record of delivering large residential redevelopment projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
