- Review and update privacy policies to meet compliance standards - Advise teams on data protection laws and regulations - Draft and negotiate data protection agreements - Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on privacy initiatives - Monitor updates to privacy laws and ensure company practices align - Respond to privacy-related queries from internal and external stakeholders - Support training efforts to promote privacy awareness The Successful Applicant - LL.B. degree from a recognized university; LL.M. specialization in Technology Law, Privacy Law, or related fields is preferred.

- 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience,



with significant exposure to data privacy and technology law.
- Experience advising on privacy compliance programs, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid understanding of the DPDP Act, GDPR, privacy regulations, and evolving data governance frameworks.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with privacy and data protection considerations.
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional business teams.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
