Key Responsibilities:

School Leadership & Management

- Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency, and student growth.
- Maintain high operational standards across all aspects of school functioning.

Academic Excellence & Student Outcomes

- Ensure the effective execution of curriculum to maximise student learning outcomes.
- Oversee and support teachers in implementing structured lesson plans and assessments.
- Drive a culture of continuous teacher development through training, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
- Regularly review student performance and implement interventions for improvement.

Enrollments & Brand Development

- Drive student enrollment growth through strong community engagement, school branding, and parent outreach initiatives.
- Ensure high student retention by fostering a positive school experience for students and parents.

Finance & Compliance





- Ensure 100% collection of school fees in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with CBSE and state education department regulations.
- Keep all regulatory documents updated and recorded.

Infrastructure & Student Safety

- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and conducive learning setting for students and staff.
- Implement and oversee student safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.

Stakeholder Management & Representation

- Represent the school in interactions with parents, local government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Build strong relationships with local community stakeholders to enhance the schools reputation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a Principal or Vice Principal role (CBSE school experience preferred).
- Skills: Excellent English communication, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
