About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Principal / Head of School to lead our Preschool school in Bhopal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strong academic leadership, managing teachers and support staff, overseeing day-to-day school operations, and building positive relationships with parents. The role requires someone who is organised, child-centric, confident, and capable of creating a safe, joyful and high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and supervise teaching and support staff.
- Plan, implement and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
- Oversee daily school operations, timetables, attendance and classroom management.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic and child-friendly school environment.
- Recruit, train, supervise and conduct performance reviews of staff.
- Build a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Develop solid relationships with parents and address their concerns professionally.
- Conduct parent orientations, open houses and community interactions.
- Support admissions counselling, campus tours and enrolment activities.
- Maintain student, staff and administrative records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, hygiene and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets, resources, procurement and reporting.




- Plan and execute school events, celebrations, PTMs and extracurricular activities.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in a managerial, Vice-Principal or senior academic leadership role.
- Prior experience in a Kindergarten / Preschool / Early Childhood Education setup is preferred.
- Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, team management and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Warm, patient and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
- Good understanding of child safety, hygiene and emergency protocols.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- High integrity, professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal or Senior Academic Coordinator in a Kindergarten / Preschool.
- ECCE, Montessori or similar early-childhood education certification.
- Experience in launching or managing a new school/campus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
