nThis is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can architect, build, and scale modern technology platforms while remaining actively involved in engineering and coding.
nWhat We’re Looking For

n✅ Robust experience in Product-Based Companies
n✅ CSE/IT educational background
n✅ Expert-level experience in Node.js, Java, or Python
n✅ Strong expertise in React / Next.js
n✅ Hands-on experience with React Native for Android & iOS
n✅ Deep expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, REST APIs & System Design
n✅ Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Data Modeling & Data Engineering
n✅ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
n✅ Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & DevSecOps
n✅ Practical experience building AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases & Agentic Workflows
n✅ Strong understanding of OWASP, application security & secure architecture
n✅ Proven experience mentoring senior engineers and driving architectural decisions

- BE/BTech in CSE/IT preferred
n
- Candidates from strong product-based companies can be considered even if they are not from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges, provided they have a CSE background and strong technical expertise
n
- Master’s in Computer Science is an added advantage

nWork Details
nLocation: Hyderabad
nEmployment: Full-Time
nPreference: Local Hyderabad candidates
nMonday to Friday: Work from Office, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
nSaturday: Working day

- Initial 2 weeks: Work from Office
n
- Thereafter: Work from Home on Saturdays
