ABOUT THE ROLE The Practice Lead will spearhead the BPR, Automation & Transformation practice, driving revenue growth, capability building, and thought leadership across BFSI and Healthcare verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage full-lifecycle BPR and Intelligent Automation engagements from discovery through hypercare.
- Own and grow the BPR & Automation practice P&L; develop and execute practice strategy aligned to organizational objectives.
- Build and scale a high-performing team of practitioners across BPR, RPA, AI/ML, and process mining disciplines.
- Drive pre-sales, solution solutioning, and client advisory for large-scale transformation mandates in DPO - BFSI and Healthcare verticals.
- Develop Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Lean Six Sigma, Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation.
- Develop methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and IP assets to differentiate the practice in the market.
- Oversee delivery governance for multi-year,



multi-geography transformation programs.
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology partners like Celonis, ServiceNow, etc.
- Mentor and coach senior managers, managers, and practitioners across the BPR practice hierarchy.
- Publish white papers, POVs (Points of View), and thought leadership content in collaboration with marketing.

Skill Requirements

- 18–20 years of progressive experience in BPR, Process Transformation, and Intelligent Automation.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large scale Business Process Reengineering and transformation programs in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare verticals.
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), VSM, Design Thinking, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.
- Solid executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Prior experience in Big-4 consulting, top-tier IT services, or in-house transformation roles.
- MBA or Post-Graduate qualification from a reputed institution preferred.
