Primary Vice Principal – Narayana Olympiad School, Saraswathi Bhavan

Role:

To support the Principal in managing the academic, administrative, and student-related functions of the Primary School and ensure effective implementation of school standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and monitor Primary School academics, curriculum coverage, and student performance.
- Observe classrooms and provide teacher mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Manage student discipline, wellbeing, attendance, and engagement.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and support teams for smooth school functioning.
- Monitor school routines, assessments, documentation, and academic processes.
- Support teacher development, training, and performance management.




- Address parent and student concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and institutional SOPs.
- Support the Principal in maintaining a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly school culture.

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed. preferred, and 3 years of relevant school experience, preferably in a leadership or academic coordination role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
