Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end International Operations across Origin, Clearance, and Destination functions, ensuring seamless service delivery across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi.

- Manage and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates while driving productivity, accountability, and performance.

- Oversee the operations of 3 Clearance Hubs, ensuring timely shipment processing, customs compliance, and adherence to FIFO and SLA standards.

- Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the network.

Key Requirements





- 4-8 years of experience in International Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Express Logistics, or Cross-Border Operations.

- Solid understanding of international shipment lifecycle, customs clearance processes, and destination operations.

- Experience managing multi-location operations, large teams, operational KPIs, and SLA-driven environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
