- Operations professional with strong experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling pricing, rate negotiation, and shipment operations for both Sea and Air freight.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pricing, quotation preparation, and rate negotiation with customers, agents, liners, and airlines.
- Manage Sea &
- Air freight shipments
for both Import and Export.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations and ensure timely execution.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, agents, liners, and internal teams.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions related to pricing and shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations and pricing details.
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations.
