Job Title: Presales Team Leader – Residential Real Estate

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Presales Team Leader to lead the presales team for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, generating and qualifying leads, ensuring effective customer engagement, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

- Lead, manage, and motivate the Presales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Train and coach team members on project details, sales pitches, objection handling, and customer engagement
- Ensure the team has complete knowledge of project specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, location advantages, and USPs
- Monitor individual team members' productivity, call quality, follow-up, and conversion ratios

Lead Management

- Manage incoming leads from digital campaigns, portals, referrals, databases, and other sources
- Ensure timely calling and follow-up with prospective customers
- Monitor lead qualification, customer requirements, and lead conversion

Site Visits & Conversions

- Generate and maximize site visit appointments from qualified leads
- Track and monitor site visits, follow-ups, bookings, and conversions
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in converting high-potential leads

Coordination & Reporting

- Ensure effective coordination between the Presales and Sales teams
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion




- Maintain and regularly update lead/customer information in the CRM
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on team performance
- Analyze lead performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and reporting standards

- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead-to-site-visit conversion ratio
- Number of site visits scheduled
- Site visit-to-booking conversion
- Team calling and follow-up productivity
- Lead response time
- Individual and team sales contribution
- CRM data accuracy and timely updates
- Achievement of monthly team targets

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Presales
- At least 2–4 years of experience leading/managing a Presales team

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with reputed residential real estate developers
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential real estate market
- Proven experience in lead management and site-visit generation
- Experience handling a team of Presales Executives
- Consistent track record of achieving team targets

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
