Presales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Presales Executive to handle prospective customer enquiries, understand their requirements, explain our senior-living offerings, and support the sales team in converting leads into visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our senior-living services and facilities.
- Explain pricing, packages, amenities, services, and key offerings to prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate lead records.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits for prospective customers and their families.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain the lead pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Identify customer needs and address initial queries professionally.




- Support the sales team with lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare and share relevant presentations, brochures, and information with prospective customers.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure timely follow-up with all prospects.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in presales, telesales, inside sales, customer relationship management, hospitality, or real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and persuasive communication style.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior citizens as well as their family members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
