nAre you someone who understands precision machining floors from the inside out? We're looking for an Precision Machining- Implementation Specialist to help our manufacturing customers successfully roll out and adopt the Novatro platform on the floor where precision and process discipline matter most.

nKey Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead on-site and remote implementation of Novatro's platform at precision machining facilities
n
- Work directly with machinists, operators, and plant managers to configure the platform to real shop-floor workflows
n
- Identify and troubleshoot practical adoption issues specific to high-precision manufacturing environments
n
- Act as the on-the-ground voice of the customer, feeding real operational insight back to product and engineering
n
- Support training and go-live activities alongside the Training Manager and Customer Experience team
n
- Travel to customer sites as required for implementation and support
n

nQualifications and Skills
n
n
- Strong practical understanding of precision machining processes, tolerances, and shop floor operations
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills under real-world, sometimes messy operational conditions
n
- Comfortable communicating with both floor operators and plant leadership
n
- Level C1 or above English proficiency
n
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites as needed
n
n
nExperience and Skills Required
n
n
- Direct hands-on experience in a precision machining environment is essential — floor instinct matters more here than formal software or implementation experience, which can be taught
n
- Prior experience with process implementation, software rollout, or continuous improvement projects is a plus, but not required
n
- Comfortable working with technology platforms even without a formal technical background
n
