Role Description The Pre Sales Engineer is a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves working closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their energy management needs, configure ETA+ solutions, and support pre-sales technical evaluations, site surveys and demonstrations.
The Pre Sales
Engineer collaborates with the sales team to prepare proposals, technical documentation, and presentations, while ensuring that solution designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills:
Ability to conduct site survey and prepare commercial proposal independently.
- Design custom offerings and conduct demos
- Sales and Customer Service skills to manage pre- and post-sales engagements, build long-term customer relationships, and support account growth.
- Strong Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly, prepare documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience or knowledge in energy management, IoT systems, or industrial automation is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage multiple customer projects, and travel to customer sites when required.
