We are looking for a passionate, nurturing, and creative Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and child-centered learning workplace for LKG and Grades 1 & 2 students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
- Teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and general awareness
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, phonics, games, and hands-on activities
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Maintain student records and prepare progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and training programs
