NBFC / Fintech experience is an added advantage
Candidates with good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pre-collections for Payday & Personal Loans
- Follow up with customers for timely payments
- Maintain MIS and collection reports
- Monitor collection performance and delinquency
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines
