Job Summary

We are looking for a young, confident and well-presented PR Executive to support the company's alcohol and alcobev brands. The ideal candidate should have fluent English communication skills, a professional personality and the confidence to interact with media, institutes, influencers, industry professionals and external stakeholders.

This role will involve both office-based PR work and external meetings, including visits to institutes, media houses, events and other relevant organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers and industry contacts.
- Coordinate meetings with media houses, institutes, organisations and potential PR partners.
- Visit institutes, colleges and other relevant organisations for meetings and PR-related activities.
- Assist in organising PR events, brand activities, launches and media meetings.
- Prepare press releases, media notes, brand information and communication material.
- Coordinate with influencers and media professionals for brand visibility.




- Follow up with media contacts and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in creating positive visibility for the company's alcohol brands.
- Research relevant publications, events, media opportunities and industry platforms.
- Maintain PR databases, meeting records and media coverage reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and social media teams for brand communication.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for management.

Candidate Profile
- Young and energetic candidate with a professional personality.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with senior professionals, media persons and external stakeholders.
- Well-groomed and comfortable wearing formal attire for office and external meetings.
- Comfortable with local travel within Mumbai for meetings and PR activities.
- Good networking, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Presentable, confident and able to represent the company professionally.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Key Requirement

This is not a purely desk-based role. The candidate will be required to regularly attend external meetings, institute visits, media meetings and PR activities and should be comfortable representing the company professionally.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
