Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PPC Marketing role based in Indore. The PPC Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other relevant networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, performance tracking, and optimizing campaigns for conversions and cost efficiency.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business goals, conducting A/B tests,



and preparing regular performance reports. The specialist will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and support a positive user experience.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audiences, trends, and competitors and shape effective PPC initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Sales and performance-oriented skills to drive lead generation, conversions, and measurable campaign results.
- Experience with PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and basic conversion tracking is beneficial.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data-driven insights are preferred.
- A background in marketing, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in digital or performance marketing, is an advantage.
