Peoria Builds is looking for a PPC / Google Ads / Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow our online marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads for our RMC and construction business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, lead generation, conversion optimization and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage Google Ads Search campaigns.
- Manage PPC budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, extensions and landing pages.
- Manage location-based campaigns targeting Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Generate qualified leads for RMC and construction projects.
- Track calls, enquiries, forms and other conversions.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead and campaign performance.
- Identify negative keywords and reduce irrelevant/wasted traffic.
- Perform A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking.
- Work on SEO, social media and other digital marketing activities as required.




- Develop strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in PPC/Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads campaign structure and optimization.
- Experience generating leads through paid advertising.
- Experience with local/service-based businesses is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO and other digital marketing channels will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in construction, RMC, real estate, building materials, infrastructure or other lead-generation businesses will be preferred.
