- Formulate production schedules to optimize machinery capacities (blow molding and injection molding) across Tarapur and Khalapur plant locations.
- Monitor daily shop floor progress against planned schedules and immediate deliveries and implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Perform resource allocation including raw materials, manpower, and machines to reduce waste and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Coordinate dispatch scheduling proactively to ensure timely loading and consignment deliveries.
- Manage customer relationships by personally providing real-time tracking updates or solutions during unforeseen shipping delays due to various reasons.
- Align with Head Office (HO) and marketing teams to achieve OTIF (On Time In Full).
- Maintain Stocks in SAP system inventory for better control on planning.
- Follow FIFO system in inventory for better management of STOCKs.
- Report performance indicator regularly in the form of MIS reports for senior management review.
